Industrial Compact 4G/LTE Dual SIM Cellular Router, w/ Ethernet & I/O, PoE+
The Teltonika RUT951 PoE+ is an industrial 4G cellular router that combines the proven connectivity of the RUT951 platform with active Power over Ethernet functionality. It supports 4G LTE Cat 4 as well as 3G and 2G networks and provides two physical SIM slots together with eSIM support. Automatic switching and failover functions allow the router to move between mobile operators, SIM profiles and wired WAN connections.
Four 10/100 Mbps RJ45 interfaces are provided for wired networking. LAN1 operates as an IEEE 802.3af/at active PoE input, while LAN2, LAN3 and the configurable WAN port can power compatible devices using PoE or PoE+. Each output port can deliver up to 30 W, with a maximum combined PoE budget of 90 W. The available output power depends on the input voltage and capacity of the connected power supply. According to the manufacturer, the full 90 W budget requires more than 44 V through the four-pin power input and a power supply rated at least 100 W.
Integrated 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi supports IEEE 802.11b/g/n operation and can be configured as an access point, client or hotspot. The OpenWrt-based RutOS platform provides extensive routing, VPN, firewall, VLAN, QoS and failover capabilities. Its aluminium housing measures 110 × 50 × 100 mm and is designed for operating temperatures from −40 to +75 °C. These features make the RUT951 PoE+ a flexible solution for professional installations requiring simplified cabling and centralised remote management.

The Teltonika RUT951 PoE+ is designed for industrial IoT, M2M and networking projects that require reliable cellular connectivity combined with Ethernet-based power delivery. Typical applications include IP video surveillance, smart-city infrastructure, vending systems, mobile equipment, transportation networks, remote monitoring stations and temporary communication sites.
Its three PoE-out ports can supply data and power to compatible IP cameras, wireless access points, sensor gateways and other IEEE 802.3af/at powered devices. The PoE-in port also allows the router itself to be powered through an existing PoE infrastructure. Dual SIM, eSIM and automatic WAN failover help maintain continuous connectivity, while Teltonika RMS enables centralised monitoring and administration of distributed deployments.
