1. Scope, Participation and Costs
These terms and conditions apply to all giveaways, competitions, and prize draws organized by TRIOTRONIK GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “TRIOTRONIK”).
Participation is voluntary and free of charge. Participants are responsible only for any costs associated with the use of the respective communication medium (e.g., internet access).
Specific participation details, including prizes, entry periods, participation methods, and winner selection procedures, will be announced with each individual giveaway and supplement these general terms and conditions.
Legal recourse is excluded.
2. Eligibility
Participation in TRIOTRONIK giveaways is open to individuals who are at least 14 years of age.
Employees of TRIOTRONIK and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.
Unless otherwise stated in the respective giveaway, each participant may enter only once and may receive only one prize.
TRIOTRONIK reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these terms and conditions or attempt to manipulate, influence, or disrupt the giveaway process.
3. Third-Party Rights
If photos, videos, texts, or other content are submitted as part of a giveaway, participants confirm that no third-party rights are infringed.
Participants warrant that they hold all necessary rights to the submitted content and have obtained any required permissions.
If other individuals are identifiable in submitted photos or videos, participants must obtain their consent prior to submission.
4. Prize Draw Process
Winners will be selected according to the rules specified for the respective giveaway.
Winners will be notified through the communication channel specified in the promotion (e.g., email, telephone, Facebook, or Instagram).
If a winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, or if a prize cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the participant, TRIOTRONIK reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Cash payment of prizes is not permitted.
If a stated prize becomes unavailable or can only be provided with disproportionate effort, TRIOTRONIK reserves the right to offer an equivalent substitute prize.
5. Data Protection
Personal data provided by participants during a giveaway will be processed solely for the administration and execution of the respective giveaway.
Data will only be shared with third parties where necessary for the administration of the giveaway or where required by law.

Participation in a giveaway does not automatically result in newsletter subscriptions or marketing communications. Any such processing will only take place with the participant’s separate consent.
6. Facebook and Instagram Giveaways
Giveaways conducted on Facebook or Instagram are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.
Any information provided by participants is supplied exclusively to TRIOTRONIK.
Questions, comments, or complaints regarding giveaways must be directed solely to TRIOTRONIK.
7. Limitation of Liability
TRIOTRONIK accepts no liability for technical malfunctions, including failures of networks, electronic systems, or third-party platforms (such as Facebook or Instagram) that may impair or prevent participation.
TRIOTRONIK is also not liable for delays or interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
Mandatory statutory liability rights remain unaffected.
8. Changes to the Terms and Early Termination
TRIOTRONIK reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions for justified reasons, provided that such changes do not materially affect participants’ rights.
TRIOTRONIK further reserves the right to terminate, suspend, modify, or adjust a giveaway for important reasons if the proper execution of the promotion can no longer be guaranteed.
9. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the purpose and intent of the original provision.
These terms and conditions are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions.
