RMA Processing Guide
General Information:
- Please first check whether you can resolve the issue yourself by following our Troubleshooting Guide and review our RMA Terms & Conditions.
- Any type of return, including evaluation units, incorrect deliveries, complaints, or warranty claims, must be registered via an RMA request. This have to be submitted via a separate form (see below).
- Once the RMA request has been submitted (regardless of the submission method), you will receive an RMA document containing your valid RMA number.
- Please print the approved RMA document, sign it, and include it with your return shipment. Clearly mark the assigned RMA number on the outside of the package. The returned goods must arrive at our premises within 14 days.
