Wireless Bridge 5 GHz 867 Mbps Long-Range Indoor/Outdoor Access Point
The TP-Link Omada EAP215-Bridge KIT is a 5 GHz wireless bridge for long-range outdoor and indoor network connectivity. It supports IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac and delivers a wireless signal rate of up to 867 Mbps in the 5 GHz band. The integrated 2×2 dual-polarized MIMO directional antenna with 11 dBi gain is designed for stable point-to-point transmission. Maximum coverage is specified at up to 5,000 m, although actual range and throughput depend on environmental conditions, obstacles, interference and installation quality.
For wired connectivity, the unit provides three Gigabit Ethernet ports. Power can be supplied via 12 V DC or 24 V passive PoE, and a passive PoE adapter is included. The device features an IP65 weatherproof enclosure, supports pole mounting and operates in temperatures from -40 to +70 °C. According to the manufacturer, 6 kV lightning and surge protection can be achieved with correct installation, grounding and cable shielding.
Beyond bridge connectivity, the EAP215-Bridge KIT offers professional wireless and management features such as Mesh, MU-MIMO, load balancing, beamforming, airtime fairness, up to 8 SSIDs, wireless scheduling, RADIUS accounting, MAC authentication, VLAN, access control, rogue AP detection, captive portal, WPA/WPA2 Personal and Enterprise, and MAC filtering. Management is available via web interface, SSH, SNMP v1/v2c/v3 and the Omada app. In Omada SDN environments, the device supports centralized management, cloud access, firmware updates, backup/restore and LED control.

The TP-Link Omada EAP215-Bridge KIT is designed for long-range wireless point-to-point links, particularly for extending networks between buildings, outdoor areas, camera locations, storage yards, access roads or remote installation points. With a specified range of up to 5 km and 5 GHz WiFi based on IEEE 802.11ac, the kit can extend network connectivity where cable installation would be difficult, expensive or impractical. Auto pairing and LED indicators simplify alignment and deployment in the field.
The bridge kit is especially suitable for IP surveillance, outdoor wireless links, construction sites, agriculture, commercial premises, campus environments and temporary network connections. Three Gigabit Ethernet ports allow multiple wired devices such as IP cameras, switches or network endpoints to be connected at the remote site. Via Omada SDN, the device can be centrally and remotely managed using an Omada hardware controller, software controller or cloud-based Omada controller.
