UniFi Express 7 super-compact 10G Cloud Gateway with integrated WiFi 7
The Ubiquiti UniFi Express 7 UX7 is a compact 10 Gigabit Cloud Gateway featuring integrated WiFi 7 (802.11be) across the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz bands. Each radio uses 2×2 MU-MIMO, with specified maximum PHY rates of up to 688 Mbps at 2.4 GHz, 4.3 Gbps at 5 GHz and 5.7 Gbps at 6 GHz. WiFi 7 operation supports channel widths of up to 320 MHz. Ubiquiti positions the platform as a scalable Whole-Home WiFi system with Multi-Link Operation and straightforward mesh expansion using additional nodes.
Wired connectivity includes a 10 GbE RJ45 WAN interface supporting 10G/5G/2.5G/1G/100M and an additional 2.5 GbE RJ45 port for local network connectivity. The gateway delivers up to 2.3 Gbps IDS/IPS throughput and supports advanced networking and security functions including stateful and application-aware Layer 7 firewalling, traffic identification, content filtering, VLAN segmentation and multiple VPN technologies such as IPsec, OpenVPN, WireGuard, Teleport and Site Magic.
The UX7 measures 117 × 117 × 42.5 mm, weighs 443 g and uses a compact polycarbonate enclosure with an integrated 0.96-inch status display. Power is supplied via USB Type-C at 5 V DC / 5 A, with the required adapter included. Maximum power consumption is 22 W. The UniFi Express 7 therefore provides a compact all-in-one platform for modern WiFi 7 networks requiring centralized UniFi management and multi-gigabit connectivity.
