UniFi Enterprise Storage Expansion
The Ubiquiti UACC-ESE-16 is a rack-mountable enterprise storage expansion enclosure featuring sixteen bays for 2.5-inch and 3.5-inch HDDs or SSDs. It adds further drive capacity to compatible ENAS and ENVR-Core systems, making it suitable for growing NAS environments and extensive UniFi Protect video archives.
Connectivity to the host system is provided through a 24G SFF-8644 expansion port. Two hot-swappable 550W AC/DC power modules provide redundant power, while a maximum power budget of 500W is available for the installed drives.
The 3U enclosure is manufactured from SGCC steel, measures 481.4 × 480 × 132 mm and weighs 15.5 kg. Its rack rails support four-post racks with post depths ranging from 600 to 1,066 mm. The specified ambient operating temperature range is −5 to 40 °C.

The Ubiquiti UACC-ESE-16 Enterprise Storage Expansion is designed to increase the storage capacity of a compatible UniFi Enterprise NAS or Enterprise NVR Core. It is suitable for data centres, centralised video-surveillance systems, enterprise networks and other storage-intensive infrastructures requiring additional HDD or SSD drive bays.
The enclosure connects to the host ENAS or ENVR-Core system through its SFF-8644 expansion interface and is managed by the connected master console. Redundant power delivery and hot-swappable power modules support reliable operation in professional IT and physical-security environments.
