UniFi 4MP (8K) Video G6 Edge Dome Camera, AI-Power Search, 2.36x Zoom
The Ubiquiti G6 Edge Dome (UVC-G6-Edge-Dome) is an all-weather, vandal-resistant 4K dome camera with powerful edge-based AI processing. Its large 1/1.2" 8 MP CMOS sensor captures video at up to 3840 × 2160 pixels at 30 FPS. The motorized 5.9–13.8 mm lens, with an aperture range of ƒ/1.5 to ƒ/2.9, provides 2.36× optical zoom. At the wide setting, the horizontal field of view reaches up to 113.8°.
For nighttime surveillance, the camera incorporates adaptive IR LEDs with a range of up to 40 metres together with an IR cut filter. Integrated AI capabilities include Smart Detections for people, vehicles and animals, as well as face and license plate recognition. The Edge platform also provides integrated AI-powered search directly on the camera.
Network connectivity is provided through a Gigabit Ethernet port, while power is supplied via PoE+ with a maximum consumption of 15 W. A microSD expansion slot enables local recording and standalone operation without requiring a dedicated NVR. The aluminium alloy and polycarbonate enclosure is rated IP66 for weather protection and IK10 for vandal resistance. Standard wall and ceiling mounting is supported, with optional accessories including flush, dual and gang-box mounts as well as a weather shield.

A key feature of the Edge platform is standalone operation without a dedicated NVR. Video can be recorded locally to microSD storage, while the camera can alternatively be adopted by an existing UniFi Protect Gateway or NVR for centralized management and recording.
