Subduct 12/10mm, different Colours, for Blowing-In into existing Pipe-Systems
Lightwin® sub-pipes are made from 100% recyclate-free PE-HD 3200 material in accordance with DIN 8075. The dimensions and tolerances comply with DIN 8074.
All pipes are inspected for defects using laser-based systems during pipe production. In addition, a pressure test and a calibration test are carried out on each pipe using a ball located in the pipe between two magnets.
UV resistance:- All pipes are UV-resistant for 3 years in Central European climatic conditions.
Colors of the sub-tubes:- The sub-tubes are manufactured in standard colors according to the color table.
- Other colors are possible on request. The color differentiation is advantageous for identifying the respective sub-tube when using several sub-tubes in a network.
Marking of the sub-tubes:- Sub-tubes are labeled during production. The lettering is usually black and at least 3 mm in size.
- Standard labeling: Material * dimension * date of manufacture * time of manufacture * length.
- The marking is repeated every meter.
Packaging of the sub-tubes:- Wrapped on spools (face made of chipboard, core made of compressed cardboard).
- For blowing into existing pipe systems
- Suitable for blowing in mini and micro cables
- Corrugated inner wall
- Material: High-viscosity polyethylene (PE-HD)
- Wall thickness: 1.0 mm
- Drum size: 1200 x 380 x 480mm
- Length on drum: 2000m
