Omada Fusion G+ Gateway
The TP-Link Omada Fusion G+ is a compact business gateway with an integrated Omada Controller, combining routing, network security, and centralized management within a single platform. Its hardware platform includes a quad-core processor, 2 GB of DDR4 memory, one 2.5G RJ45 WAN port, and four Gigabit RJ45 LAN/WAN ports. Up to four interfaces can operate simultaneously as WAN connections, with Multi-WAN load balancing and automatic failover providing enhanced internet availability.
Integrated security capabilities include IDS/IPS, Deep Packet Inspection, firewall protection, attack defense, DNS Security, Content Filtering, Safe Search, Ad Blocking, and application-based ACLs. IDS/IPS throughput is specified at up to 2,183 Mbps. The gateway also supports VLAN segmentation, bandwidth control, QoS, static and policy-based routing, and comprehensive NAT functions. For secure remote and site-to-site connectivity, the Fusion G+ supports Omada LightLink VPN, WireGuard, IPsec, OpenVPN, SSL VPN, L2TP, and PPTP. Full Mesh SD-WAN simplifies multi-site networking, while Smart Split Tunneling with Omada LightLink VPN routes only the required traffic through the VPN connection. IPsec site-to-site VPN throughput is specified at up to 1,023 Mbps.
The integrated Omada Controller provides cloud, local, and app-based management without a separate device license. Management capabilities include automatic device discovery, network and client dashboards, topology visualization, logs and alerts, health monitoring, batch firmware upgrades, and diagnostic tools such as Ping Test, Packet Capture, Terminal, Cable Test, and Port Mirroring. Initial onboarding can be performed via Ethernet or conveniently through Bluetooth and the Omada App.
A 2.51-inch color touchscreen provides direct device status information and local troubleshooting. The fanless enclosure ensures silent operation, while installation options include desktop placement and optional wall or rack mounting using separately available accessories.
