Omada 24-Port Gigabit Easy Managed Switch
The TP-Link Omada ES224G is a 24-port Gigabit easy managed switch equipped with 24× 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ45 ports. All ports support auto negotiation and Auto MDI/MDIX, making it easy to connect client devices, routers or additional switches. The device can be used as a plug-and-play switch and also supports centralized management via Omada SDN through the web interface or Omada app when used with a compatible Omada controller.
With 48 Gbps switching capacity, 35.7 Mpps packet forwarding rate, an 8K MAC address table, 4 Mbit packet buffer and 15 KB jumbo frames, the ES224G provides a solid technical foundation for SMB Gigabit networks. Layer 2 features include static link aggregation with up to 4 groups and up to 8 ports per group, loopback detection, 802.3x flow control, port mirroring, port statistics and LLDP. For segmentation and multicast applications, the switch supports MTU VLAN, port-based VLAN, 802.1Q tag VLAN with up to 32 VLAN groups and IGMP snooping v1/v2/v3 including Fast Leave.
For prioritized and stable data transmission, the switch supports QoS with port-based prioritization, 802.1p, DSCP, 8 priority queues, WRR scheduling, bandwidth control and storm control for broadcast, multicast and unknown-unicast traffic. The fanless metal enclosure enables quiet operation in offices, technical rooms or distribution cabinets. The ES224G supports desktop and rack-mount installation, includes a physical security lock and is powered via 100–240 V AC at 50/60 Hz. Dimensions are 294 × 140 × 44 mm, and the operating temperature range is -5 to +50 °C.

The TP-Link Omada ES224G is designed for small and medium-sized offices, retail spaces, training rooms, service locations, basic surveillance networks and compact business networks where many wired Gigabit devices need to be connected centrally. Its 24 Gigabit RJ45 ports allow PCs, printers, access points, IP cameras, VoIP devices, routers or additional switches to be connected. Plug-and-play operation enables fast deployment, while Omada SDN integration allows centralized management and additional configuration when required.
With VLAN, port isolation, IGMP snooping, QoS, automatic loop prevention and cable diagnostics, the ES224G is well suited for small structured networks and basic surveillance environments. Management via Omada Cloud-Based Controller, Omada Hardware Controller, Omada Software Controller or the Omada app supports system integrators, IT service providers and small to medium-sized site operators during setup, monitoring, firmware updates and ongoing maintenance.
