Industrial 8Port Gbit PoE(af) + 2Port SFP managed Switch
The PLANET IGS-10020PT is an industrial-grade L2+ ring-topology managed Gigabit PoE switch with eight 10/100/1000BASE-T RJ45 ports and two 100/1000/2500BASE-X mini-GBIC/SFP slots. The RJ45 ports support IEEE 802.3af/at PoE+ and provide up to 36 W per port. The total PoE power budget is up to 240 W, depending on the power supply. In standard mode, PoE power can be delivered up to 100 m; in extend mode, up to 200 m.
For use in industrial networks, the switch features a rugged IP30 aluminum housing, 6 kV DC ESD and EFT protection, a redundant 48–54 V DC power supply with reverse polarity protection, and an operating temperature range of -40 to 75 °C. It can be mounted either on a DIN rail or on a wall. With a 26 Gbps non-blocking switch fabric, store-and-forward architecture, 8K MAC address table, and support for 9K jumbo frames, the IGS-10020PT is designed for reliable data transmission in demanding network infrastructures.
For network security and management, the switch supports, among other features, VLAN, Q-in-Q, STP/RSTP/MSTP, ERPS according to ITU-T G.8032, Link Aggregation, QoS, IGMP/MLD Snooping, ACL, 802.1X, DHCP Snooping, Dynamic ARP Inspection, and IP Source Guard. These features are complemented by IPv4/IPv6 static routing, ONVIF device discovery, SFP-DDM, Modbus TCP, IEEE 1588v2 PTP, digital inputs and outputs, as well as management via web, CLI, SNMP, SSHv2, and TLSv1.2. This makes the IGS-10020PT ideal for professional industrial, surveillance, and infrastructure projects with high demands for availability, PoE management, and remote maintenance.
