The Teltonika TRB160 is a compact, energy-efficient 4G LTE IoT gateway developed for professional data communication and remote monitoring applications. LTE Cat 6 connectivity with carrier aggregation delivers cellular speeds of up to 300 Mbps, while a Gigabit Ethernet port provides high-speed connectivity for local equipment.
Its USB Type-C interface can simultaneously power the gateway and provide a virtual network connection. The RutOS operating platform delivers extensive networking and IoT functionality, including support for a broad range of industrial communication protocols. Measuring only 83 × 25 × 74.2 mm and weighing 172 g, the TRB160 can be integrated into installations where space is limited.
Power can be supplied through the four-pin 9–30 VDC connector, the 5 VDC USB Type-C interface or passive PoE. The passive PoE input is not compliant with IEEE 802.3af/at and must therefore be used with a compatible power source.
