DS-K2702X - Access Controller
The Hikvision DS-K2702X is an Ultra Series Linux-based network access controller for controlling two doors. It provides one 10/100/1000 Mbps network interface, two lock control outputs, two exit button inputs, two door contact inputs, four alarm inputs, four alarm outputs, one tamper input, USB 2.0 and one fire interface. Seven RS-485 interfaces are available for readers and expansion modules, including two for card readers and five for access modules. Four Wiegand interfaces are also supported, with standard 26/34-bit input and custom Wiegand settings.
The controller offers high capacity for professional access control deployments: up to 100,000 users, 200,000 cards, 10,000 fingerprints and 600,000 event records. It controls two doors natively and can be expanded with up to 62 access modules for a total of up to 126 doors. Up to four RS-485 card readers using OSDP protocol and four Wiegand card readers can be connected. Fingerprint recognition time is specified at less than one second.
For advanced security logic, the DS-K2702X supports multi-factor authentication, First Person In, anti-passback with up to 32 routes and multi-door interlocking with up to 32 groups. Configuration is available via web browser. Status indicators for power, operation, network, RS-485 communication and door status simplify diagnostics and maintenance. The controller is powered by 12 V DC ±15 %, with power consumption up to 72 W. It is designed for guide rail installation and operates from -10 to +55 °C at 0 to 90% relative humidity, non-condensing.

The Hikvision DS-K2702X is designed for professional access control systems in enterprises, public buildings, educational facilities, industrial sites, office complexes, hotels and larger security infrastructures. In its base configuration, the controller manages two doors and can be expanded with DS-K2M002X access modules to control up to 126 doors. This makes it suitable for both smaller installations with a limited number of access points and scalable multi-door systems.
With support for RS-485 readers using the OSDP protocol, Wiegand readers, multi-factor authentication, anti-passback and multi-door interlocking, the DS-K2702X is suitable for demanding access control architectures. Browser-based configuration simplifies commissioning and administration without requiring additional software, supporting system integrators, security installers, facility management teams and IT departments in deploying centrally managed access solutions.
