Complaints & Repairs

Your satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure that we can process your request efficiently and without unnecessary delays, we have outlined the following procedure for you.

Taking a moment to follow the steps below helps us understand your request quickly and provide the most suitable solution. Thank you for your trust – we will be happy to assist you.

RMA Processing Guide

General Information:

  1. Please first check whether you can resolve the issue yourself by following our Troubleshooting Guide and review our RMA Terms & Conditions.
  2. Any type of return, including evaluation units, incorrect deliveries, complaints, or warranty claims, must be registered via an RMA request. This can be submitted either through your online customer account (A) or via a separate form (B) (see below).
  3. Once the RMA request has been submitted (regardless of the submission method), you will receive an RMA document containing your valid RMA number.
  4. Please print the approved RMA document, sign it, and include it with your return shipment. Clearly mark the assigned RMA number on the outside of the package. The returned goods must arrive at our premises within 14 days.

A) Online Shop Customers

Please use the RMA function within your customer account.

Under the menu item "Orders", select the relevant order and the product you wish to return. Follow the step-by-step instructions provided.
Please ensure that you include both the reason for the return and a detailed description of the issue.
Incomplete RMA requests may result in processing delays.

B) Non-Online Shop Customers

Please use the following RMA request form.

Download the RMA Request Form, complete it in full, and send it to: rma@triotronik.com.
