Handhabung zum Formular bzw. zur Rücksendung:
Es können max. 8 Artikel pro RMA Formular beantragt werden.
Die Fehlerbeschreibung "defekt" wird als solche nicht akzeptiert.
*) Nach erhaltener RMA Nummer muss die Lieferung innerhalb von 10 Werktagen
"frei Haus" bei uns eintreffen.
*) Rücksendungen ohne RMA Nummer werden von uns nicht angenommen
und werden zurückgeschickt.
*) Produkte müssen immer in Versandkartons verpackt retourniert werden.
Originalkarton darf nicht beschriftet oder beklebt werden.
*) Bei nicht originalverpackten Teststellungen wird eine Bearbeitungsbetrag
von €35,-/Verpackung verrechnet
